Fees: Golfers: $125.00
Non-Golfers: $40.00

Entry Deadline: September 8, 2010

Proper Attire Required: No jeans/denim, collared shirt required.

Raffle & Silent Auction to be held during the luncheon

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ON-LINE IS MANDATORY

Go to www.deamemorial.org select the “GOLF TOURNAMENT” tab on the right side of the screen, scroll down and click on the “7th Annual Seattle Field Division Golf Tournament.” Click on the “REGISTER NOW” button, then follow the instructions. If you register as a single, but have a team, please e-mail me with the names of the people on your team so I can ensure you are together. If you want to register an entire team, and each person is going to pay for themselves, they will have 3 days to log on to the web-site and pay, or the spot will be vacated.
